Thomas Built School Bus Exhaust Parts by Body Style
Saf-T-Liner HDX is the most common Thomas Built configuration, covering DT466, T444E, and Cummins ISB applications. Bracket location and outlet angle changed with the 2007 emissions update.
Saf-T-Liner C2 is a lower-floor, shorter chassis than the HDX with different routing. HDX parts do not fit the C2.
Saf-T-Liner EFX is rear-engine, with exhaust routed to the rear. It uses EFX-specific part numbers only.
